These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coffee Oracle application and website located at coffeeoracle.app ("Service"), operated by Soft Intel Partners LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Coffee Oracle is a digital entertainment and personal reflection application that generates daily coffee cup readings using artificial intelligence. The Service analyses images of coffee cups uploaded by users and provides personalised interpretations based on traditional tasseography symbolism combined with user profile information.
The readings provided by Coffee Oracle are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to psychological, financial, medical, or legal advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on readings from the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting help@coffeeoracle.app.
The Service offers a 2-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to the Service at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the plan rate you selected.

Prices are in US Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings menu in the app. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription payment or trial conversion has been processed, no refunds will be issued. This includes partial billing periods, unused time remaining on a subscription, and automatic renewals.
If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period or free trial. Cancellation instructions are available in the Settings menu within the app.
By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at help@coffeeoracle.app within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
By uploading images to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process those images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your images with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The personal information you provide during onboarding (including your name, date of birth, and responses to profile questions) is used to personalise your readings. This information is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to upload images that contain illegal content, explicit material, content that infringes on the rights of others, or content that is harmful or offensive. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such behaviour.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Soft Intel Partners LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The readings generated for you are provided for your personal use. You may share individual readings on social media but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
The readings provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide meaningful and personalised content, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reading. The readings are generated based on pattern recognition and personalisation algorithms and should be treated as entertainment and personal reflection tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Intel Partners LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the app.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
